The poorly maintained condition of the apartments are in stark contrast to the attractive images they have seen online. The place just seems to be falling apart and completely run-down. Torn curtains and broken doors are hanging off the wall, sofas are ripped and worn out, kitchen equipment doesn't function and if you're lucky enough to have air-conditioning - don't expect it is going to actually work!
Not investing in the apartments is one thing, but not cleaning it is another. Guests find the apartments to be absolutely filthy. The carpets, walls and curtains are full of stains and the bathroom is literally covered in mould. Many guests are so appalled that they demand a refund and leave.
