Stiff mattresses and pillows have kept guests up at night because they couldn’t sleep because it was so uncomfortable. The experience has been compared to someone sleeping on the floor, and waking up to unfortunate back pain in the morning. Perhaps a little padding or new mattresses would address this frequent problem.
Noise issues with the air-conditioning have annoyed guests at night, while others have said that their A/C units didn’t work at all during their stay.
