The hotel is a stone's throw away from Pacfic Fair Shopping Center, Jupiter's Casino, the Broadbeach Mall and the beach and for many guests the proximity to these local attractions was the reason they booked the hotel and it did not disappoint.

The hotel offers its guest complimentary parking on the premisis and for many guests they were happy that this was included in the tarrif and that they did not have to pay extra for parking. Guests also said that the parking was easy to access and they liked that they could park the car once and everything they need was within walking distance.

Many guests who stayed here chose this hotel because of the discounts offered by various providers and these guests commented that they thought that they had gotten a good deal but that regardless of the deal, the hotel was good value for money.

Guests commented that they thought that the decor in hotel was dated and could use an update to make the styling a bit more modern and to replace old and over-used furniture. Guests also complained in their reviews that the Wi-Fi was slow and non-existent, which was very frustrating.

Guests reported a build up of mould and soap scum in the showers and bathrooms of the hotel which was in obvious need of urgent attention. Guests were not happy with the standard of cleaning overall but most singled out the bathrooms as being particularly bad.

Guests who stayed here for an extended period of time were less than impressed with the limited housekeeping that they experienced during their stay.  Guest reported that their sheets were not changed after a week and that kitchen was not cleaned after their use.
