Lovely courtyard

Negative Reviews
negative:
Very expensive
While guests didn’t exactly come right out and say they felt they received poor value for money, many did point out that the room rates were very high; perhaps higher than they were used to paying. Some also felt that they were “nickel and dimed”, with many other charges for little things here and there that weren’t so little in $ terms.
negative:
Disappointing food
A number of guests were quite disappointed with the food offered at the hotel. They felt that the restaurants were very expensive, and were expecting top quality cuisine as a result. What was actually served often disappointed, with many saying it was ordinary, at best, or sub-standard at worst.
negative:
Construction noise
A number of guests, traveling at very different times of year, mentioned that they experienced construction noise during their stay. It is unclear whether this is ongoing, and guests are advised to check with the hotel if this would be an issue.
