The rooms were found to be comfortable by most guests who stayed here. The rooms were very spacious and clean which made their stay all the more comfortable. The rooms were also found to be quiet.

Many guests enjoyed the breakfast that was available in the on-site restaurant and would recommend it. The quality and taste of the food was delicious and for the price was a good morning option.

Most guests mentioned the hotel is a good value for what it offers. It has comfortable rooms with good beds and hot water in the bathroom. The staff are nice and the location is central. The rooms are also spacious.

Although the hotel is located is a central area, guests did not like the area where the hotel was located. They felt it was dirty and not a very safe place to walk around at night. They did not like the run down look of the area.

The rooms were thought to have a lack of amenities by guests who would have liked to have more towels, more electrical plugs and good cable TV. They also warn there are adult rated channels freely available on TV in case you are traveling with children.

Guests did not enjoy the bad customer service they received during their stay. Examples include, reception being indifferent and not finding reservations, waiting staff not very kind or professional, and reception not respecting the price of reservation.
