Negative Reviews
negative:
Rather expensive
Some guests found that the Torralbenc hotel is rather expensive and that it charges extra for certain things that should be complimentary. There is no iron in the room, it has to be requested and Nespresso capsules are also chargeable.
negative:
Not enough variety at the restaurant
Guests who stayed over several days thought that the restaurant menu lacked variety and seemed repetitive after a couple of days. Other guests also thought that the portions were small and that the food was ‘fussy'. The food is expensive too, said some guests.
negative:
Hotel is new, rooms are variable
Guests pointed out that the hotel is new and there are some problems with staff training and deportment. Some guests felt that some of the rooms are rather dark and poorly lit and have low ceilings.
