Negative Reviews
negative:
Reports of rude staff
There were consistent reports of guests receiving rude treatment from members of staff here, especially those working on the concierge desks and those in the dining areas. Many commented that staff seemed ineffective unmoved by guest problems and complaints.
negative:
Small rooms, uncomfortable beds
Most felt the rooms here are disappointingly small and on the whole, the beds were noted to be hard and uncomfortable. Many also reported issues with dirty sofas - crumbs and grime in folds were a problem - while there were also niggles with in-room air conditioning units.
negative:
Breakfast less than impressive
The breakfast selection at this luxury hotel left many guests wanting more. Judging by reviews, it does offer both European options as well as the olives, feta and tomatoes that comprise the traditional Turkish morning meal, but most felt that the offerings were lacklustre in terms of quality.
