About The Lamb Inn
Although it was established in the 12th century as a pub, The Lamb Inn has an expanded purpose because it accommodates guests in carefully refurbished facilities that retain vintage characteristics such as exposed wood beams.
There are 18 rooms at The Lamb Inn, and four feature private gardens. The accommodations have free Wi-Fi, plus flat-screen TVs and complimentary toiletries. Tea-making facilities are provided, along with Nespresso coffee machines.
This is a dog-friendly establishment, where canines can stay for an additional fee with advance notice. There are two facilities to rent for private events, as well.
The establishment serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Local produce is used when possible. Furthermore, guests can enjoy a wide range of beverages in the pub.
The property is about a 30-minute drive from the Longleat Safari and Adventure Park. Additionally, the Stonehenge Visitor Centre is about 14 miles away.

Noise From Rooms Above
Whether due to creaky floorboards or inadequate soundproofing overall, guests sometimes noted they were slightly bothered by sounds from rooms above them. However, this is probably something you could remedy with earplugs or asking for a top-level room.

Menu Shortages
There were many cases of guests wanting to order certain menu items only to be told the restaurant was out of stock. In some instances, this problem was more bothersome than others because guests occasionally expressed the opinion that the food selection was already more limited than expected.
