The Angel Inn, possibly the oldest inn in Northumberland, is a traditional inn with busy public bar, a warm cosy lounge with real fire, a private dining room, a barn style restaurant, an award winning fish and chip takeaway, 7 bedrooms and an apartment. We are based in central Corbridge, across the bridge from the train station, right next to a bus stop, the route 72 cycle way literally passes our door and we are only a 10 minute drive from Hadrian's Wall. Our bedrooms are warm, cosy, clean, comfortable and have lots of home comforts and a few wow factors. With a complimentary coffee delivered to your door and homemade Angel Shortbread, we like to take care of the little details. The food is the main reason for visiting The Angel and we have a kitchen team full of passion for fresh local produce. Our seasonal menus are created by all of the team and we strive to attain more and more local produce to better our menus time after time.
