    Summerset Village, set amidst three hectares of lush landscaped gardens just 300 metres from the turquoise waters of the Caribbean, makes for a romantic stay near Negril Beach. There are 45 simply furnished rooms in total, all with balconies and air conditioning. Each has a safe and a flat-screen television with cable channels. Summerset Village is set around an outdoor pool and offers massages and bike hire. For the less energetic, a shuttle service also runs to the beach every day. As well as the on-site restaurant and bar, guests can chill out in some laid-back cafes along the coast – one of the most popular being Rick’s Café, a kilometre away from the hotel. The centre of Negril is about a ten-minute drive away. A 20-minute jaunt up the coast to the north takes guests to Bloody Bay and the Kool Runnings Water Park. The Blue Hole Mineral Spring lies 20 kilometres from the property.
