Good customer service
Guests praised the friendly and competent staff. They loved the goody bags with snacks and bottled water given to them on arrival. They also found them to be thoughtful. In one instance, the staff served breakfast to a group who had to leave before breakfast time. The overnight front staff also offered to drive a tired guest to the restaurant for dinner. Another group who left for the airport very early were given bags packed with breakfast items.
