Clean and Welcoming
Most found the hotel to be very clean and pleasant throughout their stay. The complimentary breakfast is also well-reviewed and features a solid selection of hot and cold items.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Beach Traffic
Siesta Key is connected to the mainland by a system of bridges, and especially during peak seasons these bridges are overwhelmed with traffic. You may end up waiting as much as 30 minutes to make it across the bridge. Try taking advantage of the hotel's complimentary shuttle service - at least this way you will be able to skip the tedious hunt for a parking spot.
negative:
Uncomfortable Beds
A few guests complained that the beds were saggy and not particularly comfortable. Keep this in mind, especially if you are prone to back problems.
negative:
Rooms Rather Small
Several guests noted that they were somewhat disappointed in the size of the guestrooms, which they believed were not as large as other Best Westerns. While you should find the accommodations comfortable enough for three or fewer people, this might become a problem if you have extra guests in your room.
