Negative Reviews
negative:
Uncomfortable beds and sofa-beds
Beds and sofa-beds are reportedly very uncomfortable. The blankets weren't very good either. Several guests have mentioned the lack of decent mattresses.
negative:
No reception desk
There is no front desk or receptionist at the premises. The office where guests can Check-in and get their keys is located a little away in the village and is difficult to locate. Many guests had a tough time figuring out where and how to get the sets of keys to their units.
negative:
Other issues
Guests were disturbed by noise from the rooms adjacent to and above them. Moreover, visitors were of the opinion that the parking places and driving lanes in the basement garage were small and narrow. For the facilities present, and considering the late Check-in and early Check-out, many guests didn't find the place good value for money.
