positive:
Comfortable, modern rooms in a good location..
Most guests describe the rooms as very clean, modern, and well equipped, with all the appliances and utensils you might need in the kitchen. Many choose the hotel for its location just outside the Inner Harbor, and enjoy a leisurely stroll to the area's many restaurants, shops, and museums. The National Aquarium and Oriole Park are also key attractions reachable on foot.
positive:
Compliments to the chef..
The complimentary hot breakfast buffet has received high praise for its wide variety of hot and cold options, including fresh waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon, hashbrowns, bagels, various types of bread, pastries, cereals, and fresh fruit.
Negative Reviews
negative:
A little noisy and crowded for some..
The hotel faces a fairly busy main street, and light sleepers on the lower floors were disturbed by traffic noise. A few others were troubled by unusually noisy plumbing. Some guests also noted that it is worth getting up early for breakfast, as by 9:00 am it can be a bit of a "feeding frenzy".
negative:
Valet parking only
Several guests were irritated to find that there is no alternative to valet parking on site, which is widely considered pricey. However, there are less expensive lots in the neighborhood.
negative:
The downside of downtown..
Though the area is widely considered safe by day, a few guests felt uncomfortable walking in the neighborhood after dark, and noted they were often approached by homeless people outside the hotel entrance.
