The bathrooms have a lot of counter space, which is highly appreciated. Most of the amenities look new and the floors are spotlessly clean. Moreover, the qualities of the toiletries and towels are satisfactory.

There were reports of small cockroaches found in some of the bathrooms. A trail of ants can sometimes be found near the desks. Thus, you are encouraged to inspect the said areas immediately upon arrival. Moreover, you don't have to worry that much since the staff is alert in killing the insects and spraying repellants.

Some of the trash bins are not emptied, and pieces of crumpled paper are on the desks. The previous guests left some belongings in the drawers, which might mean that the staff misses inspecting the spots. Thus, you are advised to surrender the things left by others to the front desk and ask the staff to clean your room again if you encounter these issues.

The computers were down sometimes, so guests had to wait long to be able to check-in properly. However, guests' questions were clearly answered while waiting.
