positive:
Impressive customer service.
The staff at the Premier Inn Lisburn seem to go all out to impress. Guests frequently comment on how smooth things like check-in are but also make note of the many extra ways the staff try to help. It seems that nothing is too much trouble.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Some noise concerns.
A lack of air-conditioning in the rooms means that having the windows open is a must at times. Unfortunately, this seems to leave guests subjected to the sound of traffic passing along the M1. Light sleepers beware!
negative:
Wi-Fi might frustrate.
Not all guests seemed to have a problem with the free Wi-Fi although it’s possible that some didn't even try to use it. Of those guests who did take advantage, some found the service tricky to connect to and a little too slow once online.
negative:
Occasional issues in the restaurant.
Several guests leave negative feedback about the attached Table Table restaurant. The main issues appear to be down to short-staffing, as a number of guests report excessive waits to be seated and subsequently served their meal.
