Positive Reviews
positive:
A good family hotel.
If you are travelling with your family, Premier Travel Inn Basildon South is a great place for you. Kids under 15 eat and stay for free which will certainly help your travel budget stretch a little farther. The family rooms are spacious and there are lots of kid-friendly destinations close to the hotel.
positive:
This is a non-smoking hotel.
This is a non-smoking property which is great for those who don’t imbibe and like their room smelling fresh rather than second hand smoke.
positive:
The staff is helpful.
A warm, helpful staff welcomes you at check-in and is there for the duration of your stay. They are happy to accommodate most any request and point you in the direction of places to eat and the most popular local attractions.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Things can get hot.
Premier Travel Inn Basildon South doesn’t have air conditioning in the guest rooms, so things can get hot in the summer months, especially on the top floor. If you are travelling in the summer, be sure to ask for a ground floor which is a bit cooler.
negative:
Things can get noisy.
If you are looking for a quiet night’s sleep, be sure to book a room that’s on the side of the property that faces the car park and is on a high floor. Noise from the road that runs on the opposite side of the hotel could keep you awake at night.
negative:
There are no pets allowed.
Other than service animals, this hotel does not accept pets. This is unfortunate for those who like to travel with their favourite four-legged friends.
