The Price Works
For what you get including the ambiance of the area, the price is well worth the stay. Don't expect anything luxurious; however, if you'd rather spend your money outside the hotel rather than paying a high price for a room you won't stay in that much, this is the place for you.

Famous Location Is An Advantage
The location is excellent if you are looking to be in on the action. It is close to the beach, restaurants, shopping, everything! Ocean Drive is right around the corner. The area is trendy and hip. You never have to walk more than fifteen-minutes to get to most places.
positive:
Comfortable Freebies
The freebies are great. You get a free continental breakfast each morning and you get your own tray to bring your breakfast back to your room and enjoy it peaceably. There is free coffee around-the-clock too.

Housekeeping Needs To Get It Together
Housekeeping needs to have a serious meeting about, well..housekeeping. Carpets are rarely vacuumed, showers should be cleaner, hair in the shower, dust; all those things that make a room unclean.

Misinformation Fiasco
The staff have no clue! Ask a simple questions like where to park your car and the rate for parking, which the hotel staff should know, and you consistently receive incorrect information. It all hits home once you go to park and the price is so high you could just as well catch a cheap flight to the next town and park. It's that expensive.

It's Not What You See
The photos are actually nothing like the real thing. The white beautiful paint job on the outside of the building is a facade for the disaster inside, it's all for cosmetic purposes. When fixtures like the toilet handle fall off, then you know it's time to hand in the towel!
