You are right in the heart of the city at this hotel and within walking distance of pretty much anything you can think of. It’s the perfect location for first-time visitors that are worried about getting lost as it’s a very easy to find hotel.
As this is on the upper end of the scale, the cleaning staff go the extra mile to make sure that the place is kept in immaculate condition. The public areas and the rooms are quite literally spotless making for a pleasant and comfortable stay.
Although the hotel staff are friendly enough, they don’t quite deliver the five-star experience people expect. From guests carrying their own baggage to their rooms to a feeling of aloofness when issues are reported, guests feel the staff should offer a little more.
