Aside from having easy access to the beach, most guests were also satisfied with the pool and hot tubs offered on-site. There is a nice pool area where guests can also enjoy having delicious drinks.
Most guests were dissatisfied with the poor quality of the beds. The sheets were not regularly changed and there were visible hair strands and stains on them. The beds were also hard as a rock while the pillows were very uncomfortable.
The exciting seafront location, which was the perfect place to hang-out and party, was also one of the main reasons why guests had noise problems. The locals and other tourist partied all day and night which was very disturbing.
Aside from the lack of air-conditioning within the rooms, most guests also had issues with the poor level of cleanliness and poorly functional room equipment. The stove and fridge were not working while the televisions were static and had poor signals. Moreover, ceiling fans were also not working as well as the light switches.
