Hotel Pullman (Varadero, Cuba)

This property has an on-site breakfast restaurant, which guests have appreciated because it meant that they did not have to head into town when they wanted to eat in the morning.

Past guests have enjoyed the location of this hotel, as it is a short walk from the beach and within walking distance of many of Varadero's top attractions. These guests have liked being able to stroll through the town while using this hotel as a home base.

Most of the staff members who work at this hotel are said to be friendly and accommodating. Guests have said that these staff members do the best that they can with what they have to work with at this property.

Numerous guests have been confused by the check-in process at this property. Rather than checking in at the hotel, you will have to head to a sister property a couple of blocks away to get your keys. Then, once you reach your actual hotel, there isn't much in the way of staff on the premises. As a result, guests have been forced to return to this sister property whenever they needed anything.

Multiple guests have mentioned that this hotel is very old and is starting to look run down. Guests feel as though a renovation would greatly improve the quality of these accommodations and that the hotel is well overdue for one.

There have been complaints about the rooms not being very clean. Guests have said that the rooms have mould in them and that they often haven't been cleaned after previous guests left.
