Most guests agreed the hotel and its surroundings were quite peaceful and calm. They were really surprised that even though it is in a central city location, most guests did not find the noise to be disturbing. The area was quite calm and quiet.

The hotel is close to various public transportation stop such as the Ueno train station, and it is also close to various supermarkets and restaurants. Guests were able to explore the area by walking or taking the public transportation. The area is vibrant and lively to explore.

The Wi-Fi signal was found to be very weak by some guests who tried to use the Internet during their stay. Some found the Wi-Fi to go on and off or was not fast enough to use comfortably.

Although most guests knew the rooms would be small according to their standards, some felt the beds and overall space provided was too uncomfortable to get a good rest. Most recommend to not bring big luggage because storage is limited.

The rooms were thought to have poor air ventilation. Some guests requested fans to keep the air flowing which helped the situation. The temperature was also no possible to change which was annoying for some guests. Some guests had a smoke smell that would not go away.
