Many guests felt comfortable with the hotel's common areas. They were happy to explore the bar area for drinks, the hot tub on the deck with nice mountain views, and the lounge area with a fireplace and plenty of board games, DVDs to spend the time.

Those who brought their dogs to the hotel were very happy it is dog-friendly for a fee. Many enjoy traveling to the area with their dogs and finding a place like this is a nice addition to the travels. There is less worry and more enjoyment for them. .

The hotel is located in downtown Frisco. It is convenient for people to be in the middle of town and have various eateries and shops. It is on the main street and mostly everything in the area is within walking distance. .

Rooms Need Renovation
The rooms are found to have various misses when it came to facilities. For example, the plumbing had cracks in it, carpeting and linens are old, and a bad circulation which left a musty smell. There was a feeling of maintenance being done quickly without good effort. .

Guests who had paid for the suites with kitchenettes expected to have the utensils to cook their meals. Some had paid for this accommodation in the past and had received the utensils, but this time the hotel no longer provides these. It was disappointing to say the least. .

Returnees who have stayed here were disappointed with the manner in which the new ownership are handling their business. Some guests saw the obvious nonchalance in handling their guests, with the absence of simple “thank you” and “hellos”. .
