Positive Reviews
positive:
Excellent public transport
The bus stop is right outside the front door of the hotel, and the closest metro is only a five-minute walk away. Guests who arrived with their own vehicles didn't use them at all for the duration of their stay, and took full advantage of the excellent public transport system.

Food galore
If you enjoy trying out a
variety of good restaurants, then you will love this location. There are literally endless
choices of cuisine, all within a short walk of the property. Guests were able
to choose between casual cafes, or fine dining every evening.
positive:
New look!
There have been renovations
done to the hotel recently, and most guests were quite impressed by the
standard of the finished product. Rooms were described as updated, modern and
spacious.
Negative Reviews
negative:
No control over temperature
Guests did not appreciate the fact that the room temperature was controlled by the front desk. Many visitors complained that the temperature was not cool enough, and they would have liked to have the control the comfort levels in their own rooms
negative:
Breakfast a bit of a let-down
Although guests felt the breakfast wasn't bad at all, they did however feel that it wasn't anywhere near being rated as a four-star breakfast. You will be able to get enough hot and cold dishes, and a good cup of coffee, but guests expected more.
negative:
Noisy
The fact that the front desk controls the air-con meant that guests had to open the windows to get enough fresh air. This created quite a noise from the busy street down below, and caused a disturbed sleep for many guests.
