The hotel's employees make every effort to welcome and accommodate guests, and they do a good job keeping the hotel and rooms clean.

Hotels in Cancun are often overpriced, but this property offers a fair price for its level of quality, setting it above many other budget hotels in terms of value.

With two bus terminals within easy walking distance, and downtown Cancun just a little further, getting to wherever you need to go is simple. There are also a few excellent little food stands and convenience stores in the neighbourhood. And though the area is certainly not fancy, it is safe.

The pipes in some rooms are old and may be quite noisy when the water is running. Some of the showers have exposed pipes and valves in poor repair.

Though inexpensive for Cancun, some guests might expect more than the basic accommodations at this hotel. If you want to stay somewhere posh and elegant, you will have to pay more. However, if you are on a budget, you will need to settle right here.

While it is relatively easy to find transportation near the hotel, the most popular areas of Cancun are far away that you will need to take a bus or taxi.
