    About Hotel Baan

    Baan is a family hotel located just outside of the city centre. Our hotel opened in February 1966 and is still an authentic small hotel with 12 rooms. As the first hoteliers designed the hotel by putting two houses together and designing rooms, it has a more homey feeling rather than a giant hotel which stands on its own. We are a budget hotel, without glitter and glamour, but welcome our guests with love and joy. Overlooking Coolhaven in Rotterdam, this hotel offers functional rooms with free Wi-Fi, a TV and private or shared bathrooms. Our guests can enjoy a continental breakfast. Hot coffee, chocolate milk and juices are also available. Our hotel is less than a 5-minute walk from Coolhaven Metro Station and only 5 minutes from the city centre by subway/metro. Walking will take around 15 minutes.
