Eat How You Want
There are plenty of places to eat if you don't feeling like cooking. Takeaway restaurants and quality groceries from places like the Hudson Greene Shop will satisfy your palette. There is even a Starbucks in the area if you feel like grabbing a quick cuppa.
positive:
Quiet Safe Neighborhood
It's a nice, quiet, relatively safe area. The building has good security too. It's quieter than Manhattan and it's safe enough to walk around at almost any hour. Go for a nice walk down the street across the river and you can see the awe-inspiring Freedom Tower. On your way to the Path Station, you can see a part of the World Trade Center and a small monument, you'll love it.
positive:
Oh, The Views
The floor to ceiling windows give you an ample view of the Manhattan skyline. Different sized apartments offer different views. For example, a one bedroom will give you a view of the Statue of Liberty. The accommodations also provides views of the Empire State Building, The Hudson River, and New York Harbor.

Taxi Is Too Taxing
Be careful about ordering a taxi. It seems the building's management has a particular company they work with, and their prices are astronomical. You might want to try ordering a taxi from one of the newer establishments via your mobile phone.

How Do You Operate This Place?
There is no local support staff, and even if you reach someone, they aren't there to assist you! It kind of reminds you of those places that have taken the idea of being remote and the utilization of technology to the extreme! There is no housekeeping during the week days, maybe you're supposed to order a robot to do it for you? By the way, the cleaning fee is separate. You won't find instructions on how to operate appliances, which is annoying. So what are you supposed to do, look them up online? Don't be surprised if you receive a check-out email before you even check-in. It's very much an impersonal place.

What Happened To The Kitchen?
The "fully equipped kitchen" is not full and it's not equipped either. There are no dish towels, teapot, baking utensils, no toaster, no filters for the coffee machine. Maybe visitors are supposed to use a 3D printer hidden somewhere in the apartment to print everything out?.
