A Problem With Overall Cleanliness.
While many were at first impressed with the overall appearance of the hotel and its grounds, several guests took issue with the apparent lack of cleanliness upon closer inspection. Both within the bedrooms as well as the hotel's common areas, dust and dirt were frequently observed, with others finding their room to be inadequately cleaned from the last guest's stay.

Some Kitchen Issues.
Some guests were less than impressed with the food served at this hotel, with complaints including a small menu selection, tiny portions, and the complete absence of a lunch menu, leaving hungry mid-day diners no other choice but to order from the more pricey supper menu.
