The cabins are eco-friendly with no TVs and no air conditioning on some of them. Guests did not come here to watch TV and they certainly enjoyed the nice eco ambiance of the place. The gardens were a nice place to relax and the hammocks at the balconies were cool.
The restaurant food was found to be good quality and amazing. The chef running the restaurant was found to have good cooking skills as the seafood and dishes were commented on positively.
The staff were found to be friendly and accommodating trying to cater to each guest's situation. The housekeeping did a good job of keeping the cabanas clean and the restaurant staff was professional. The manager also speaks good English.
The noise from the other rooms was easily heard by guests. The rooms from above, below or next door were not isolated or deduced by the walls. This made guests feel like there was no privacy in the rooms since they could hear everything.
Guests did not enjoy the fact that the rooms were a magnet for various bugs to come in. There were plenty of mosquitoes, cockroaches and spiders that would crawl inside. The spaces in the walls would make it easy for bugs to come in.
Guests felt the pool was not clean and would not even use it by the looks of it. It seemed as though it had not been cleaned in weeks which made a definite bad impression on guests who wanted to enjoy the pool outside.
