Negative Reviews
negative:
Tired tower
Whilst the modern Towers 1 and 2 are the face of this hotel (and guests would say the source of all the photos), the reality of a stay in Tower 3 is completely different. Guests say that the older rooms are looking run-down and old-fashioned, with dated furnishing. The block is desperately in need of a refurbishment and upgrade to bring it into line with the other two.
negative:
Shockingly rude service
Guests
are completely taken aback at the impolite nature of the staff. They
don't seem to show the slightest courtesy towards the guests, never
mind eye-contact or a smile! Guests can not believe the way they are
spoken to or treated by them - many having never experienced such
rudeness and arrogance before at a hotel.
negative:
Cleanliness problems
The
tired feel to the hotel certainly doesn't help it look shiny and
clean. However, the problems seem to run deeper than just surface
looks, as many guests complain of small cockroaches running amok and
bad smells in the rooms.
