The hotel’s staff and the dining service are regarded by many as being very accommodating and able to be positive. They truly seem to enjoy their jobs and it shows through their smiles and humor. Guests appreciated their cordial and helpful disposition.
Some guests complained that they could hear everything from the adjoin room including talking, bathroom noises, and whatever the next door neighbors were up to. For some this was a bit bothersome and strange to hear even the slightest of noise.
