The staff at this hotel are very friendly and welcoming. Upon arrival you receive a complimentary drink and the staff members are sure to make you feel very welcome. Nothing is too much trouble and you leave feeling as though you have made friends.
The food prepared at the hotel is very traditional and very well prepared, the produce used is fresh and tasty. The breakfasts offer a wide variety to choose from and the Greek barbecue nights are very popular among guests.
The pool area offers many sun loungers and so it is not difficult to find a place to relax during the day. The swimming pools are well-maintained and of a good size. The poolside bar is fantastic, the barman is very friendly, the prices are good value for your money and the food is delicious.
Some guests have reported that they felt that the cleaning at the hotel could be better. The bedding appeared to be dirty in areas and the floors felt dirty and dusty to walk on. The bathrooms showed signs of neglect and a build up of dirt.
Some areas of the hotel do not have access to the free Wi-Fi available at the Filia Hotel. Some areas with signal have a weak and unstable connection.
