    The area surrounding the outdoor swimming pool is so well appointed, guests will feel as if they have been transported to a resort, although they are in the heart of Ontario.

    Problematic housekeeping.

    The housekeeping, while very good at their job, occasionally will take a 'do not disturb' sign literally, and will refrain from attending to a room even after they have removed the sign.

    Looking at the map.

    Buildings two and three unfortunately require a map to be located, and oftentimes, guests are supplied with a tour guide to assist them in their journey from the reception to their room. Guests with limited mobility are recommended to stay in Building one.

    Smoking too close.

    The designated smoking areas are located close to the rooms, and guests sensitive to the smoke may find these areas to be problematic, as sometimes the smoke travels into ones room from outside.
