Town House is located close to pretty much everything guests will want to see in the area. Many have reported that they didn't even need to rent a car because everything is within walking distance including the historic Old Town, the waterfront and a number of restaurants.

The guest rooms are very spacious and allow for much room to move about and store items. Guests also reported that the rooms have a number of amenities that are all in working order, everything is clean, the beds are comfortable and there is lots of hot water and water pressure in the showers.

It's Hard to get a Good Temperature in the Rooms
It's quite hard to get a good temperature in the guest rooms at Town House. Guests reported during colder days, it's freezing in the rooms because the heat is controlled from somewhere else and they only turn it on sometimes. During the warmer months, there is no air conditioning.

Run-down Property in a Seedy Area
The property surrounding the hotel is shabby and not well-maintained while the building itself is old and in need of some renovations. Guests reported feeling unsafe around the grounds and the surrounding area which is in an older, rough part of town that is run-down with lots of questionable characters roaming the streets.

The Walls Are Not Soundproof
Guests reported that the walls in the guest rooms at this hotel must not be soundproof because they could everything outside the rooms including people talking in the corridors and nearby rooms, toilets flushing, doors opening and closing, traffic on the road outside and a lot of noise coming from the laundry room.
