Renovations Necessary
Guests thought some renovations are in order. Several rooms have a broken or leaking air conditioner, there is mold in the shower area, and the towels and bedding should probably be replaced. Some of the rooms also have a stale smell or evidence of previous smoking. In addition, guests were disappointed in the lack of outlets in the room.

Housekeeping and room service could be a bit more attentive. Several guests found leftover items from previous guests in their room. In addition, requests made by guests were often forgotten and unfulfilled.

Bad Booking
Some guests had trouble with their bookings. The hotel either could not find the reservations in their database or the room requested wasn't correct. Make sure you bring a copy of your booking with you for reference and to help sort out the problem quickly.
