The property is closely situated to Monterey’s major highways, beach, and some great restaurants so most guests are extremely satisfied. It is also close to major establishments and tourist destinations such as Fisherman’s Wharf, Canary Row, Macy’s, and downtown Monterey.

Exceptional sleeping facility!
Most guests admired the high quality beds and pillows provided at the inn. The beds and mattresses were extremely comfortable while the bedding and linens were fresh and clean. As a result, guests were able to have decent sleep.

Wi-Fi is a ‘hit or miss’
Guests complained about the poor Wi-Fi access provided for them. Most guests always get disconnected so they had no choice but to reconnect every once in a while. The loading of pages, browsing, and streaming on Website were very slow so most guests, especially those who had to do their work at the hotel were upset.

Uncontrollable noise from adjacent & upper room
The loud noise coming from the other rooms made guests irritated. They can hear noise from the floors above them and from the neighbouring doors. Moreover, loud footsteps and noisy conversations that disrupt sleep are also heard. Thus, guests are advised to wear earplugs for comfort.

Unpleasant breakfast quality
Due to the lack of protein rich food and healthier options, most guests were dismayed with the quality of the breakfast. Most of the items offered were unhealthy, sweet, and rich in carbohydrates. The quality of the eggs was also terrible and there were no fresh fruits available.
