This small single storey house, located in the hamlet of Bruzes, 3km from the center of the town of Miremont, is ideally placed to accommodate families on vacation or workers looking for accommodation in the region. 5km from Auterive and Vernet, shops and services are easily accessible. Toulouse is about 30 kilometers away. Many possibilities for visits and activities are possible within a 30km radius: equestrian center 1km away, fishing in Ariège 2km away, departure for hikes 3km away, free street festival in Miremont 3km away (3rd week of July) , cinema and market on Friday mornings in Auterive at 5km (world music festival on September 14 and 15, 2024), cabaret at Le Vernet at 7km, Aqualudia swimming pool and market on Saturday mornings at Muret at 20km... The owners live in the house next door but the gîte is completely independent and has its own gate from the street. A parking area is available in the courtyard (2 cars). A terrace occupies part of the front of the house, to enjoy the outdoors, relax and eat outside in the summer (garden furniture, parasol, barbecue, hammock and deckchairs). Rest assured.
