The vast majority of guests who stayed here were quiet happy with the accommodations. The rooms are beautifully decorated, spacious, and meticulously clean, and have luxurious amenities like rainforest shower heads and designer bath products. It was easy for guests to relax here.

In particular, crowds were thick and the competition for chairs was fierce during breakfast and around the pool. Several guests were unhappy with the number of children running around.
Sheraton Fiji Resort does not have a fitness center or spa. Instead, guests are told they can use the facilities at their nearby sister property. Many guests found this to be unacceptable, and felt that it was remiss for a 5-star resort with top dollar room rates to not have such a common amenity.
