Perhaps in part due to its popularity, the check-in process can take a long time, and this frustrates quite a number of guests. Depending on time of day, you may be waiting a while to access your room.

Monkeys are certainly a cute curiosity for some, but guests here say that the monkeys can become a nuisance. Specifically, they've been known to engage in antics on the room balconies, creating an inconvenience for guests.
