Cooked breakfast is not complimentary and is rather limited.
A self-service continental style breakfast is complimentary and consists of cereals, bread and jam or marmalade and instant coffee. It is possible to order a cooked breakfast at an additional charge per person.

Pub with live music can be very loud and disruptive.
The pub offers live music nights as well as private parties and although the pub is housed in a separate building, the volume is still loud enough to make getting to bed early impossible. This can cause disruptions to those wanting a quiet night in.
negative:
Tiny bathrooms with tiny showers.
Bathrooms and showers are very small, and provide just enough space to shower or use the basin. No space is provided to keep even basic toiletries in the bathroom during the stay.
