Minor shower-related complaints
A small number of reviewers were somewhat dissatisfied with the shower in their room, with some comments that the showers are either not hot enough or not powerful enough. These comments are rare, however, and were not enough to detract from otherwise positive experiences at the inn.
negative:
No elevator a problem for older patrons
Some older reviewers say the fact that the inn has no elevator created a challenge for them, as they found the stairs a little difficult, though staff were more than obliging in helping carry luggage upon arrival and departure.
negative:
Pub can get chaotic
On busy nights previous guests report that dining in the pub can be a somewhat chaotic experience.
