The Casitas Coral Ridge is found in the Coral Ridge locality of Fort Lauderdale in Florida. Guests are not aware that the hotel rates do not include housekeeping, fresh supplies of towels and bed linens and that these services are only available a la carte until after Check-in. They feel that the hotel should maintain a transparency about these costs and mention them in the description of the property.

The exterior of the hotel is poorly lit and rooms have lots of bushes next to the doors making them unsafe.

Some of the lights in some rooms do not work. The bathrooms in some rooms do not have blinds for the window and guests feel that this invades their privacy.
