There are very few hotels that have the facilities that exist here. Personal trainers are on hand to ensure that you receive maximum benefit. It's not all about running and swimming though. The guided tours take you to beautiful areas of Lloret that you might not have otherwise visited. Plus, everyone is so friendly.
They'll take you through their dietary recommendations for the duration of your stay and keep an eye on your progress. Meals though are delicious and full of healthy fresh vegetables, meat and fish. A real joy.
Rooms aren't 'fit to drop' - but a disappointment when compared with the fitness services offered here. The hotel is also a surprisingly long distance from the beach itself.
The pool isn't over large and gets full of people, some of whom have yet to see the benefits of their controlled diet! There are far too many people here to get any enjoyment at all. If the beach was nearer, maybe there wouldn't be so much pool pressure. It's surprising that, in this sort of set-up, the toilets and other areas are so disgustingly dirty.
It's about 10 minutes walk to the very nice beach and it's down lots of steps. To get to the main beach, it's about 15 minutes and through Lloret itself.
