Positive Reviews
positive:
Parking is a treat
Guests love the fact that Villa Jerez provides complimentary on-site valet parking. It leaves them with the peace of mind that, whether dining in or going out on the town, your vehicle will be brought to you whenever you need it, and it will be well looked after.
positive:
Classy shower
After a long day of sightseeing, visitors describe the shower as "heaven". Most guests head for the shower as soon as they come in, and stay there for as long as they can. There are extra jets in the shower head, which creates and constant sprinkle of continuous warm water.
positive:
A spirit of hospitality
The staff at Villa Jerez are some of the most accommodating staff some guests have ever encountered. Each one is helpful and friendly, while almost anything you request will be accommodated, whether you need a special meal prepared, or some tea brought to your room, all you need to do is ask.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Breakfast not up to scratch
Some visitors have complained that there is not enough variety at the breakfast table. There is a poor selection of cereals, and the tables are decorated with plastic flowers. Nonetheless, guests did leave there feeling like they had plenty to eat.
negative:
City centre a bit far
If you are planning a walk to the city centre, it should take a brisk 15 to 20 minutes. Some guests feel that this is a bit of a far walk for them, and would prefer to go by car. Regardless, if you do go by car, you could struggle to find a parking spot in town.
