Positive Reviews
positive:
Something for all ages
Perhaps the most commented upon feature, guests mentioned again and again how the resort really does cater to all ages. From the pools, with kids sections, to the entertainment program, they said that even a three generation family going on holiday would find plenty to do for all members.
positive:
Remarkably uncrowded
Despite being a very large resort, guests mention that it never seemed crowded to them. They credited the smart design as being the cause, but whatever it was they were happy not to have to queue a long time for meals, or search in vain for a sunbed.
positive:
Kardamena within walking distance
A couple of guests seemed surprised that the town was actually well within walking distance. Perhaps on account of the size of the resort, they had expected it to be remote. In any event, they were happy to be able to get away every now and then, and head in to town to check out the scene.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Some questions about the food
While it wasn't described as bad, and plenty did enjoy it, some said that there was not a great deal of variety. As a result, after a week or more taste buds had become jaded, and everything just started tasting the same.
negative:
Must pay for Wi-Fi
A few guests highlighted the fact that the resort requires payment to access its Wi-Fi. Most felt that, in this day and age, it should have been included in their room-rate, but even worse was that the system was judged to be poor, even after payment.
negative:
Music by the pool
Some guests commented that the hotel plays music but the pool most of the day. Of course tastes vary, so some were inevitably unhappy with the style of music selected.
