Guests really appreciated being right downtown, close to all the businesses, amenities and attractions they had come to see. In fact, many mentioned that the location was one of the main reasons for booking here.

Those in rooms facing Lake Erie raved about the view, saying that they enjoyed being able to look out over the scene. It left them in no doubt that they had indeed arrived in Cleveland.

An extraordinary number of guests reported that the beds were incredibly comfortable. Both the mattresses and the luxury linens were said to give them that comfortable and luxuriously luxury hotel feeling.

This was perhaps the most common complaint. Guests felt that the room rates were quite high for a hotel in Cleveland, even if the hotel itself was very nice. Some felt that they had overpaid and might have been happier at a cheaper hotel.

Quite a number of guests were shocked that they had to pay extra for Wi-Fi. Considering the price of the hotel and the fact that connectivity is such a basic requirement in today’s connected world, they felt that it should definitely have been included in the room rate.

A surprising number of guests highlighted the fact that the hotel has no swimming pool. They seemed to feel that, given the star rating of the hotel and the room rates they charge, it is an amenity that should have been incorporate into the design.
