Tidy And Immaculate
The hotel is very clean and tidy, the modern décor is very well maintained to a high standard, and the bed is comfortable. The room temperature controls also work well. The complimentary beverages and biscuits are a special touch. You're receiving first-class service for an economy price.

Friendly Great Staff
Staff is efficient, courteous, and on the ball. Throughout the hotel, including the bar/restaurant staff, everyone is great. You feel very welcomed and appreciated.

It's Nice Downstairs
The pub beneath the hotel serves delicious meals and drinks. It's convenient going downstairs to hang out, especially if you have one drink too many. You can simply go back to your room without having to go outside of the hotel or walk far.

It's All About The Cash
The overnight parking is a bit expensive. To top it off, they only take payment in cash! No cards are accepted at the parking machines either.
negative:
Forget The Back
If you're room is at the back of the hotel, you might find yourself disturbed by deliveries to the hotel in the wee hours of the morning. Ask to be placed at the front of the hotel. It overlooks the road, but the soundproofing is superb in this area.

Don't Get There Early
Don't be surprised if you are charged for arriving early. Seems a bit awkward, but that's the rules of the hotel. Of course, you can always go to the town centre around the corner to pass the time away until the appropriate check-in time.
