The Lodge at the Mountain Village Park City is centrally located with ski hills, restaurants, shops and attractions within easy reach. Despite being so central, the area features a pristine natural environment surrounded by beautiful mountains.

The guest rooms are large but very cozy with all the amenities one would expect from such a property. Guests also reported that the rooms are very clean, the bathrooms are large and luxurious and the beds are comfortable. .

Guests reported that the lodge is well-maintained both inside and out and there are many facilities available including a clean pool, well-equipped gym, relaxing hot tub and free shuttle service. The lodge has an old ski chalet ambiance to it and the area is scenic and peaceful. .

Guests reported that it tends to get noisy around the lodge with noise coming from conversations and televisions in nearby rooms due to poor soundproofing and crowds of noisy revelers at the nearby ice rink. .

Guests reported that the rooms at The Lodge at the Mountain Village are uncomfortable due to a lack of air conditioning and a lack of natural light entering the rooms. Also reported was a strange smell, tattered furniture, stained carpet, malfunctioning toilets and faucets and Wi-Fi that doesn't work.

Staff members have no clue what it means to provide service to paying guests. Most times, they seem disinterested in the needs of guests, they are unhelpful, they don't respond to complaints in a timely manner, they are unprepared for arriving guests, they are unaccommodating, they pass blame when issues arise and they are hard to locate when needed.
