Although it was criticised at times for its size and temperature, the indoor swimming pool was a popular aspect of staying for most former visitors that used the facility. The area was seen as a nice place to relax when residing at the accommodation.
The location of the hotel was convenient for the needs of most past guests. As well as it being said that there are various dining choices within walking distance, places such as downtown Tulsa, Woodland Hills Mall and Tulsa Zoo can all be reached in approximately 15 minutes by car.
Whilst major incidents have rarely been mentioned, numerous small grievances about the accommodation’s rooms were brought up by various past visitors. From the supposedly dated bathrooms to the distressed décor, the rooms were generally seen as not being in the best condition.
The continental breakfast was not well-received overall by those that sampled it during their stay at the hotel. In particular, the options served up as part of the complimentary breakfast was generally seen as inadequate by former guests.
Although it has proven to not always be the case, hygiene issues have been encountered on numerous occasions by previous visitors that stayed at the accommodation. Issues reported include the smell of cigarettes in the hallways, mould in the bathrooms and stains on the furnishings.
