Negative Reviews
negative:
Rooms at the front suffer from traffic noise.
This hotel is very popular with its guests and one of the only minor complaints was about the rooms at the front of the property. Due to its convenient road-side setting, some light sleepers found their rooms a little too noisy, opting instead for the quieter rooms at the rear of the hotel.
negative:
Some rooms seem a little small.
A small number of guests found their rooms a little smaller than they hoped for but nevertheless, they found them to be adequately equipped
negative:
The lift doesn’t go to the top floor.
Some guests who stayed in the top floor rooms commented on the lack of a lift to that top floor. As the lift only goes to the second floor, some guests found it inconvenient to walk up the final flight of stairs, especially with their luggage.
